September 13th, Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. at Ski Sundown, New Hartford Ct. New Hartford Historical Society’s Wine Tasting Fundraiser.
The main fundraising event of the year for the society; this event has become the kick-off event for the winter season in New Hartford, with many people coming back into town after the summer away. Good wine, good food, good jazz, and good conversation, at a pleasant location.
In addition to dozens of wines to taste (ideal for Christmas gifts), and a few Connecticut beer vendors we usually have as many food vendors. Ranging from Thai to specialty chocolate truffles to pizza this is a wonderful way to check out many of the specialty stores and restaurants in the area.
Tickets are $25 a person, free parking.
